Right-click in Semantis

It would be really nice if we could right-click on a term in Semantis and select an option like "Edit Concept", "Delete Concept", etc. It's all up in the menu right now and it takes a long time to select the different options.

We have added this feature to the current alpha version of the apatosaurus build of Semantis, and are currently testing it. We have added the following menu items to the right-click menu; let us know if there are any others that would be useful. Thank you for your feedback!
